GLAMA is proud to offer free tuition every Sunday at the GLAMA Wesbank Islamic Centre, supporting children from Grade 1 to Grade 7 who come from Wesbank and nearby communities. This program plays a vital role in addressing educational gaps for children attending under-resourced schools, many of whom cannot afford private tuition. By providing this support, GLAMA helps young learners build a strong academic foundation, enhancing their potential for excellence in school and beyond.
The program not only improves school performance but also instils confidence, critical thinking skills, and a genuine love for learning. As the number of learners continues to grow, the need for dedicated tutor volunteers has become more urgent. With limited tutors available, we are seeking passionate individuals who can contribute their time and expertise to help these children succeed.
How Volunteers Can Support:
